Create a Backup copy of QuickBooks

Follow these instructions to back up your company file and attach to the portal below:

  1. Open the company file you want to back up.
  2. Go to the File menu and click Create Backup
  3. Select Local backup.
  4. Use the Browse field to select where you will save your backup
  5. Click OK/Next until the file is saved.
  6. Then you can drop it in the portal below
