Hi Ted,

Yes, you can receive both the PPP and the EIDL loans.  There are some restrictions for how the funds from the EIDL loan can be used.  The expenses that are forgiven for the PPP loan cannot be used as business expenses for the EIDL, if you receive PPP loan forgiveness.
